Armed Man Arrested Near Judge Kavanaugh’s Residence

Man In Trouble For Allegedly Trying to Kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh

Armed Man ARRESTED After Terrifying Threat – You Won’t Believe This

(USNewsBreak.com) – In the early morning hours of June 8, authorities arrested a man outside the home of US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Nicholas John Roske had come to the area from California to kill the judge. The suspect now faces charges for the attempted murder of a Supreme Court Justice.

US Deputy Marshals stationed outside the justice’s home saw him exiting a taxi. Roske, dressed in all black, was carrying a backpack and suitcase. But the officers did not approach him at that time.

Around 1:00 a.m., Roske called 911 and said he had suicidal thoughts. He explained he was in Washington to kill a certain Supreme Court justice. Officers found him outside Kavanaugh’s home and took him into custody.

Authorities found a Glock 17 pistol, ammunition, and knife on him. He also had zip ties and pepper spray. After his arrest, Roske admitted he bought the gun specifically to kill the justice and had planned to kill himself after he committed the deed. He explained he was upset over the draft opinion on the abortion case and the school shooting in Texas. He believed Kavanaugh would not vote in favor of gun control laws.

Kavanaugh and his family were home at the time of the incident. Roske remains in custody after a court hearing where he told US Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Sullivan that “I wouldn’t say I’m thinking clearly.” He also said he is on medication without additional details. His next court date is June 22. Roske could face up to 20 years in prison for the charge he faces.
